Agentic websites

An agentic website is a static site built and checked by AI agents, with content and structured data from one source: fast, cheap to run, easy for AI to cite.

The method at a glance

How the system works

What it does, in order, and what it never does.

The method, step by step Each step comes from the method described below.
  1. Start from the visitor's real question
  2. Audit contrast, accessibility and speed
  3. One source for content and structured data
  4. Answer the objection before it is raised

Connections

  • Start from the visitor's real question → Audit contrast, accessibility and speed
  • Audit contrast, accessibility and speed → One source for content and structured data
  • One source for content and structured data → Answer the objection before it is raised

What the system never does

  • It never depends on JavaScript for what matters. The self-assessment in the professionals' case works without it.
  • It never lets visible text and structured data diverge.
  • It never passes personal data through a server it does not need: contact opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message.
  • It never claims results it cannot show. Later leads and rankings are stated as unknown in these cases.

KINTO builds these sites with its own site builder, Kinto Studio, for companies that need a site that explains the offer and turns visits into conversations.

The problem

Small and mid-sized companies often have sites on shared hosting or heavy templates: slow, costly to maintain, with forms that never arrive and no technical SEO base. In a case with more than a dozen small businesses, that was the starting point. In another, independent professionals needed a presence that turns visits into conversations, without a backend to maintain. In a Bitcoin mining case, the main barrier was distrust, which is typical of the crypto sector, and the buyer had no way to verify before paying.

How KINTO approaches it

KINTO starts from the visitor’s real question, not from a template. For independent professionals it began with each person’s identity and their clients’ real questions, then audited contrast, accessibility, responsiveness down to 320 px and structured data, and measured performance on a slow network before deciding what to load.

Content and structured data come from a single source, so what is visible and what machines read cannot drift apart. The site is static, hosted at the edge, with a CSP computed on every build in the professionals’ case.

For trust-sensitive sectors, KINTO answers the objection before it is raised: in the mining case that meant price, power draw and hosting cost in plain view and a section on how to verify before paying.

Who it is for

Companies that need a fast, bilingual, editable site with a clear way to start a conversation, and do not want a server to maintain. KINTO’s own site, kinto.co, is built the same way.

Frequently asked questions
What makes a website agentic?

KINTO builds it as a static site on KINTO's own site builder, with content and structured data from one source and checks run by agents. There is no server to patch and no database to attack. Bilingual versions, FAQs and files for AI assistants are part of the build, not an afterthought.

Is a static site fast enough to matter?

In the independent professionals case, pages were lightweight, with HTML of tens of KB and near-zero layout shift, and went to production in days. A one-page site took about three working days. In the study-abroad case, image weight fell by about 89%. These were measured on real production pages.

How does the site help AI assistants cite the company correctly?

By putting the answer in a form that can be quoted without distortion. KINTO adds structured data, FAQs by category, citation metadata and llms.txt files. In a fintech and crypto case, several companies got bilingual sites with dozens of FAQs on the largest one, built in about three weeks.

Can a static site have working forms and editing?

Yes. In a case with more than a dozen small businesses in several countries, KINTO delivered static sites with static-compatible forms, structured data, a sitemap and analytics, plus a no-code editing panel where the business needed one. Their content was migrated and contact forms were verified.

Do you build sites in English and Spanish?

Yes. KINTO builds bilingual sites with parity: the same information in both languages, with hreflang and wording adapted to each market. In a beverage brand's case, English comes first and Spanish is the second version, with US search and FAQs for AI answers, merged from two diverging versions.
